Why did you choose your profession?
I love the Manufacturing Process; everything from Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, Production Control, and Operations to the finished product.
Who is the one person who has done the most to shape you into who you are today? How was the person significant to you?
My Dept. Manager at Mercedes. He would push you to achieve higher levels; he taught me to always look for process improvement, and most importantly self improvement.
What has been the greatest accomplishment of your life so far? Is there anything you wish to do even better?
Within my own career, my growth in the Automotive industry. Outside of my own career, the growth of my three children into Professionals and loving parents. I continue to challenge myself daily to do better than the day before as a professional, father, and husband.
